H-E-B, recently announced, they have purchased 600 acres just north of Sanger.  The land connects between Metz Road and W. Lone Oak Road, on the west side of I-35.  The project is part of a multi-phase plan to develop the property, but not for a grocery store. The meteorologist accurately predicted the winter storm that blanketed Sanger with sleet and snow this past weekend, causing temperatures to plummet into the single digits.
