Former Chevron and Jack In The Box demolition
The former Horizon/Chevron and Jack in the Box properties were bought by Malouf Interests and both buildings were demolished, recently. Malouf is the developer of the Tom Thumb grocery store. Tom Thumb is the first piece of a 131.82 acres project. The Greystar and Malouf Interests development will consist of 300 single family lots/homes for sale, 305 apartment units, around 24 townhome units. The commercial part will front along North Stemmons and Chapman Drive. The multi-family development will have a swimming pool, patio area, and other amenities There will be a 3.07-acres of self-storage area with some of the units climate-controlled. This development is located on FM 455 west (Chapman Drive) behind Sanger Bank and First United Bank next to the I-35 service road and north to Glenn Polk Chevrolet.
